Agent-to-agent solutions are still in their early stages, but I decided to build one anyway.
I created an agent that helps car garage owners handle typical customer interactions and book appointments.
This is an interesting use case because the agent:
- ✅ must not “invent” nonexistent services,
- ✅ must gather all relevant information and confirm the booking date,
- ✅ must integrate with internal systems.
At the same time, the agent must assist a non-IT garage owner in adding new services or changing opening hours via a casual chat.
This solution isn't limited to mechanics; the same framework applies to any business that requires reliable agentic support.
Your customers can interact with this agent using text and voice. Agent-to-agent interactions are supported for future use.
